Highlands Nursing and Rehabilitation is excited to share resident Jeffery Trent’s Success Story!

When Jeffrey first arrived at our community, he was fully dependent on others for almost every daily task, including transfers, and relied on a wheelchair to get around. Through his determination and commitment—never missing a therapy session and showing up to the therapy gym each morning—Jeffrey made incredible progress!

He has gone from total dependence to living independently in nearly every way. Today, he uses a rollator for mobility and is on the waiting list for an apartment through the transitions program. Our therapy team is so proud of Jeffrey and the hard work he put into his recovery. He has been such a joy to work with, and we hope his story inspires others to put the same dedication into their therapy journey.
