Highlands Nursing and Rehabilitation is proud to share Linda’s inspiring Success Story!

February 24, 2026

Linda was added to our Occupational Therapy caseload after experiencing increased weakness and needing additional support with safe transfers. In recent weeks, she had become less active around the facility, and our therapy team knew they could help her regain her strength and confidence.

Once therapy began, Linda showed up every day with determination. Through consistent participation and the encouragement of our care team, she made steady progress—improving her strength, mobility, and overall activity level.

Today, Linda is once again moving around the facility with confidence and staying actively engaged in daily life. Her hard work and positive spirit truly shine!

Congratulations to Linda and her dedicated care team on this wonderful achievement!

Highlands Nursing and Rehabilitation is proud to share Charlene’s inspiring Success Story!

Charlene was recently picked up by our Physical Therapy team after noticing she wasn’t as active around the facility. Our goal was to help her regain strength and endurance so she could feel more energized and engaged in daily life. Charlene embraced the challenge wholeheartedly—showing up in the gym every day with determination and a positive attitude.

Through consistent effort and the guidance of our dedicated therapy staff, Charlene has made remarkable progress. Today, she is moving confidently throughout the facility and participating in more activities than ever before. Even better, Charlene reports a noticeable decrease in fatigue since starting therapy, which has given her a renewed sense of independence and joy.

Her success is a testament to what can be achieved with hard work, perseverance, and a supportive care team. Congratulations to Charlene and everyone who helped make this milestone possible!
